PAYMENT:
Payment must be made at the time of registration in order to secure your child's spot at camp.
Installment Payment Plans Available:
Payments will be automatically deducted on the dates below from the card on file.
If you register between January 13 and February 28, 2025:
First installment payment of 33%: upon registration
Second installment payment of 33%: March 14, 2025
Third installment payment of 33%: May 16, 2025
If you register between March 1 and April 18, 2024:
First installment payment of 50%: upon registration
Second installment payment of 50%: May 16, 2025
If you register on or after April 18, 2025, you must pay in full.
withdrawing:
Withdrawing before May 1: 100% refund less a 10% processing fee
Withdrawing between May 1-31: 50% refund
Withdrawing after May 31: no refund.
Refunds for partial attendance in a given 5 day camp week are not available.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
Masking is optional during camp.
LUNCH POLICY:
Campers must be a bring a bagged lunch and two snacks (one for morning, one for afternoon) each day of camp.
Black Hound Art Camp is a peanut and tree nut-free camp.
CLOTHING and FOOTWEAR:
Campers must wear clothing that can get dirty and closed toe shoes. No flip flops please!
PARKING and DROP OFF:
By Car or on foot: Parking is on street only. If driving, guardians must park and walk campers into the front door of Black Hound Clay Studio South each day and check their camper in each morning at the front desk when they arrive.
By Transit: We are a 7 minute walk from the Ellsworth-Federal stop of the Broad Street Line. The 2 Bus stops right in front of our door and the 64 Bus is a 3 minute walk from BH South.
