Black Hound Clay Studio Registration Policies

8 week In Depth Classes:

Last-minute cancellations in classes are difficult to fill - please double check your schedule before committing to an 8 week class.

Because of this, we cannot offer refunds 7 days or less in advance of the semester starting. There will be no exceptions granted so please plan accordingly.

Refunds for classes requested before the above 7 day window are subject to a 10% administrative fee of the total class price. Please request your refund via email at South@blackhoundclay.com or call us at 215 581 8749.

If you miss a class we encourage you to use your free Open Studio to make the work time. Attending a different night of class to make up for the class you missed is not permitted. No refunds or credit will be given for missed classes.

If withdrawing from a class due to a documented injury or illness, prorated class credit will be issued. Please email South@blackhoundclay.com with class registration requests.

Should a class not fill sufficiently to run, we may cancel it up to 3 days prior to the first class session. In the case of a cancelled underfilled class, you will receive a full refund.

One Day Workshops:

If you request a cancellation via email at least 48 hours before the time of your workshop, we'll issue you a refund or rebook you for another date. Please email South@blackhoundclay.com or call 215 581 8749 with any workshop related questions.

Please note that if you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your workshop, you forfeit your booking.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops up to 3 days in advance of the first class due to insufficient enrollment. If a workshop is canceled, you will be offered the option of rebooking to another workshop or a full refund.

No refunds or rebookings are available after the workshop has taken place.

Private Events & Parties

Deposits and payments for private events are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, rescheduling within 14 days of the original date is possible.
