From planters to mugs to bowls, each workshop is 2 hours, all inclusive and has easy step by step instruction designed for beginners who have never touched clay before.

Your project is fired and glazed for you by BHCS staff and available for pick up at the studio in 3-4 weeks. Our workshops are a great activity for friends, partners and families! Workshops are suitable for kids 8 and over with an accompanying adult (Check out our kids programming for younger kiddos). Teens 16 years of age and over may attend One day workshops on their own.

A note on sliding scale: We wanted to make art experiences accessible to as wide an audience as possible, so our handbuilding workshops are all priced in 3 sliding scale tiers. No matter what tier you select, you will have the same fun workshop experience!
